HONDURAS
Honduras is known as the land of coffee, and not without reason. Nestled between the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean, this relatively small country (about half the size of the United Kingdom) is the largest coffee producer in Central America and the fifth largest producer globally. Therefore, when it comes to coffee, Honduras is definitely going strong! A compact plant with high production potential of standard quality in Central America. Very high susceptibility to coffee rust.
This Honduras wet milled and strictly highArabica of the Catuai variety is grown at over 1,600 Meters , is a superior cup of coffee as the sugars in coffee develop more slowly, giving it a richer flavor. Only the ripe beans are meticulously picked by hand every 7 to 8 days during the harvest season. By carefully selecting only the ripe beans over a 4-month period, the coffee develops more fully and produces a very clean cup with robust sweetness and a smooth finish. Sweet tart and mild citrus acidity begin in this medium-bodied coffee that finishes very smoothly with a creamy nutty, almond mouthfeel. A very smooth and balanced coffee with a bright finish. This coffee is a single origin Catuai. The beans are fresh roasted to perfection, revealing notes of honeyed citrus, sweet fruit and floral flavors. It has scored an impressive 87/100 on the coffee tasting scale, so you know it's good.

GUATEMALA
Our Beautiful Guatemala has many unique coffee growing regions that not only allow the country to produce a diverse variety of coffees, but also some of the highest quality coffees in the world. This medium roast, single origin Guatemalan coffee is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
We currently have a delicate yet complex Guatemala in a medium roast that allows us to showcase the bean's incredible depth of flavor. The cup begins with smooth sweet acidity with notes of clementine and grapefruit. Additionally, the profile is rounded out with a lingering white chocolate finish, making for a fantastic after-dinner coffee or dessert. try it we love coffee and surely you will love it too.
We love our coffee from Guatemala Antigua. I have not tried another like it yet, this is a full-bodied coffee with hints of citrus and smooth chocolate. Variety: bourbon/catura, Process: washed, Elevation: 1,600 Meters, One of the most valued Central American coffees for its creamy and balanced body. (almost not available in decaf).
