Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipping only. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.

Extended Holiday Returns
Eligible items purchased between October 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 or within 30 days of purchase, whichever is later.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Original discounts and promotions are reflected in the refund
Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected
Items returned damaged, used, or tampered with will not be refunded
