This Mexico Chicapas coffee bean offers you a sophisticated and clean cup with bright citrus sweetness, delicate chocolate overtones, and complex nutty notes. An Arabica coffee which is "High Grown" inthe rich volcanic soil of the Sierre de Madre Chiapasregion known as Turquesa, or Turquoise (for the brilliant blue skies), in southern Mexico. These single origin beans are processed by the wet-processed or “washed” method. This means that the fruit skin and pulp were removed from the beans immediately after harvesting and before drying. Additionally, they are put through another level of quality assurance called the "European Prep" method which makes for a much more uniform coffee with no defects. If you enjoy a brew with cocoa/chocolate overtones, this is a great single origin.
