One of the very few Earl Greys available that uses organic bergamot oil. The aroma is distinctively natural, and the citrusy taste is deliciously bittersweet. Predominantly using black tea from Yunnan province in China, the flavor of this classic Earl Grey is round, faintly toasty, smooth with a sweet/dry finish that is unique yet familiar. It finds the balance between tea and bergamot all the way to the end of the cup.

Whether or not the Second Earl of Grey actually "discovered" this blend is debatable, but its popularity is not.

Instructions
For every 12 oz of water, use 1 teaspoon (1 teabag) of tea. For black tea pour water at 212°F and steep 4 minutes.
