We do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee products.If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll gladly help with a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipping only.Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

We ship orders within the United States.

Processing Time:Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
