Due to the nature of coffee as a food product, all sales are final.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipping only. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Promotional or sale items

• Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering

Coffee products:

• Coffee beans must be returned within 6 days of purchase

• Must be unopened and in original packaging

Items must have been purchased:

• Online at www.happyplacerevolutioncoffee.com, or

• At a Happy Place Coffee & Eats physical store in the USA

Extended Holiday Returns

Eligible items purchased between October 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 or within 30 days of purchase, whichever is later.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Original discounts and promotions are reflected in the refund

• Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected

• Items returned damaged, used, or tampered with will not be refunded

We ship orders within the United States.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.

Orders are shipped using third-party carriers such as USPS or UPS.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
